Golden Sauerkraut

This sauerkraut is similar to Pink Sauerkraut except for the use of golden beets rather than red beets.  The addition of Turmeric makes this fermented food effective in reducing inflammation.  Fermentation time takes 3-4 weeks.

Ingredients:    

• White cabbage
• Golden beets
• Turmeric
• Salt

Flavor:             Slightly sour and somewhat spicey
