Giardiniera

This is an Italian ferment consisting of cauliflower, red peppers, jalapeno peppers, celery, carrots, and onions.  It makes an excellent antipasto as well as an excellent pizza topping.  Also good on hero sandwiches.  Fermentation time is 2-3 weeks

• Cauliflower
• Red Pepper
• Jalapeno Pepper
• Celery
• Carrots
• Onions
