Fruit Sauerkraut

This product is a combination of cabbage, oranges, strawberries, and salt.  The result, although still sour, is sweeter than standard sauerkraut with the berry and fruit flavors coming through.  Fermentation time takes 1-2 weeks.

Ingredients:    

•  White cabbage
•  Oranges
•  Orange zest
•  Strawberries
•  Salt

Flavor:             Sweet & sour with fruit flavors
