Purple Cauliflower & Turmeric

This dish consists of purple cauliflower and turmeric.  Turmeric has long been known for its anti-inflammatory effects, and purple cauliflower is high in the phytochemical, anthocyanin.  The combination makes this food effective in fighting arthritis. Fermentation time is 3-4 weeks.
